Do i get thrilled in meeting famous people?

There really is thrill when you meet up with famous people, whether you’re greyed in hair, young in age or simply young at heart.

As of me at the age of 31, other than Mr. Raul Roco, my mind which is inflicted with the psychological affliction of selective memory, cant remember of a real hotshot whom I’ve met point-blank. Mr. Roco, for sure, will not recall meeting me, being the nobody that I am.

But who cares? I am full of insecurities and socially maladjusted enough to find fortune in my privacy, to find glory in my frailty and to find fame in my anonymity.

In relations to others' expectations of me, what do I expect from myself?

I know myself so much that I can be comfortable and confident in being different from the crowd when I must. I have always been a non-conformist; I always find it difficult to fit into the preset mold.

But i dare not to be different only for the sake of being different. I know when to compromise, and i really do from time to time, in the interest of harmony and productivity without sacrificing my own principles and philosophies in life.

I expect nothing from myself except to remain true to myself.

Since "we never know how far reaching something we may think, say or do today will affect the lives of millions tomorrow," let us be very careful with our thoughts, words and deeds, being caring about others as we should.

Those few among us who has the luxury of time for having nothing to do should channel such time and other available precious resources into something worthwhile and productive.

And if we care about ourself, we should all the more be carefu with what we think, say and do. For we might regret tomorrow what we relish today.
